NOCTURNE / FAQ

Good questions. Clear answers.

The details behind your next server.

What do I get?

One Linux Cloud VPS with 1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM, 15 GB SSD and a port up to 1 Gbit/s. Monthly traffic is 3 TB except Kazakhstan, where it is 1 TB. Port speed is a maximum, not guaranteed throughput.

When will my VPS be ready?

A person checks your payment and provisions your VPS manually. Activation is not instant. We do not guarantee a delivery deadline unless separately agreed. Track your actual status through your private order link.

How do payments work?

Select a configured USDT network at checkout. Send the exact invoice amount to its address on that network before expiry. Network fees are your responsibility. Submitting a hash starts review; it never automatically marks an order as paid.

What if my invoice has expired?

Do not pay an expired invoice. Contact support for a new quote. If already paid, submit the hash with timing details and contact support. A person will reconcile it.

How are underpayments and overpayments handled?

Contact support with your order number and hash. Do not make additional transfers until instructed. We agree a top-up, credit or refund based on the actual received payment. Network fees can affect refunds.

How do I access my server?

Supply an OpenSSH public key. After provisioning we share the IP and SSH username. Your private key stays on your device. If no public key was supplied, support will request one before activation.

How do renewal and traffic limits work?

The MVP sells one month at a time. There is no automatic renewal or debit. Contact support before the month ends. Traffic overages and service beyond the purchased period require a separately agreed quote; do not assume unlimited traffic.
